Peter, TTBOMK, mythfilldatabase's --remove-new-channels no longer 
actually removes the new channels from the lineup (since the end of 
DataDirect and the move to Schedules Direct), and now simply ignores new 
channels.  Perhaps someone can confirm.

Otherwise, you'll have to allow mythfilldatabase to add the new channels 
to the Ceton's Video Source, then mark them as not visible in the 
channel editor.
