Hey, a piece of good news. Last fri a update was applied to my MythTV backend and fronted, after which I was able to watch tv. I have since moved off 127.0.0.1, to one of my network ports. Still everything is working, an a external client on my phone is able to connect via wifi on the parents network. I am one piece closer to providing a solution for livetv to my household.

Hello everyone. At this time, this project has to take a back seat to family issues I am facing. I will dig back into this next month after I have resolved the more important things going on.

I would like to say “Thank You” to all who have provided suggestions. I will dig this email back out an look into it hopefully during XMass break.

You should remove it. Not because it hurts anything, but just
to remove clutter from the file.
