There is. The popular command line for MFDB is:

     mythfilldatabase -v file,network --loglevel debug --logpath /tmp

Take a look at the output. (and I don't know if you're version has the
fix that removes your SD userid from the log file, so be sure to look
for it and remove it should you need to pastebin it again. Or, based
on your logs, it appears you're building from source, so just pull
the latest and you're golden.

If it's only one source, then going to the SD forum may be your best
bet.

Or, there's always Wireshark ;).
