[mythtv-users] Video playing at 30fps

I have discovered that this is caused by a kernel bug -
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74861. Adding
i915.disable_power_well=0
to the kernel boot line solves the issue, or presumably upgrading to 3.16.

Sorry for the noise, but I hope this helps someone else out.
