If you have more than one HDHomerun Prime on your network like I do, use

hdhomerun_config discover

To get the addresses of all the devices first.

Make sure Myth isn't using the tuner before you play with it. After 
setting the channel, I always 'untune' it with

hdhomerun_config <device> set /tunerX/vchannel none

Not sure if Myth will get confused with a tuned tuner.
