Hi Rich,

I think it's more likely that your CPU doesn't have the power needed for the playback profile you are using. Can you tell us about it, and about the GPU in your computer?

You aren't using a playback profile that uses hardware acceleration. Depending on your GPU, you might be able to change that. When you set up your machine, did you go through the frontend's Setup -> Setup Wizard? And did you try the "Test High Definition" option on the third page (Video Configuration)?
