[mythtv-users] converting mp4 and trans coding failing

I set locale.conf to
LC_COLLATE=C
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LANGUAGE="en_US.UTF-8"
The error went away.I read that having "" is important  to mythtv. Only
loos-less trans-coding.
