[mythtv-users] Troubleshooting mythcommflag failure, exit status 140

No, the commercials weren't getting flagged. I mentioned Failed with
exit status 140, as it appears that way in mythweb and the logs, and I
believe it also is the return code when run from the shell.

As mentioned, it was a missing mysql.txt, though. All good now!
