[mythtv-users] Once again having problems with devinput and imon

Hi all,

My frontend died and I have rebuilt using the latest mythbuntu DVD. I
am now running mythbuntu 14.04

I have aSoundgraph imon IR receiver

Bus 003 Device 002: ID 15c2:0038 SoundGraph Inc. GD01 MX LCD Display/IR Receiver

ir-keytable gives me

Found /sys/class/rc/rc0/ (/dev/input/event3) with:
Driver imon, table rc-imon-pad
Supported protocols: RC-6 other
Enabled protocols: other
Name: iMON Remote (15c2:0038)
bus: 3, vendor/product: 15c2:0038, version: 0x0001
Repeat delay = 500 ms, repeat period = 125 ms

My remote is configured to output mceusb signals and I just cannot get
it to work =(

Under 14.04, how do I get the receiver to understand the RC-6 MCE signals?

Can someone suggest a good guide that is relevant to mythbuntu 14.04?
