 And herein is an answer to Brian's question - sometimes the GUI is rather
handy. Someday I'll get around to putting all the myth stuff on it's own
subnet so nothing I do in the rest of the house affects it, but right now
the simple truth is that the mythboxen are appliances that live in an
unstable environment, and reconfiguration is pretty frequent. By definition
that kind of reconfiguration is difficult to do over ssh.

Also, sometimes you just want to do something that MythTV doesn't support
elegantly, like playing media off a USB mass storage device.
