[mythtv-users] Updated mythbuntu theme version 28

Everything is looking/working great on my frontends EXCEPT for Airplay
photos.  The videos and audio work fine, but when I attempt to send a
photo, all I get is a black overlay on the screen where the photo should
be.  If I switch to another theme, I see the photo...
