I don't know exactly in mythbuntu, but if it is older and still using
openrc you have in /etc rc0.d to rc6.d which contain the bootscripts
for the different runlevels. If it's newer and uses systemd, I can
only say that systemd doesn't like me. You best ask someone more
knowledgeable with the mythbuntu specifics. Always backup a file
before you edit.
