Check out ebay and amazon...or even Google.  Your problem will be 
picking one.  There are literally thousands of USB IR devicesavailable 
for $10 +/-.  Find one which is MCE compatible (probably 99% are).

The USBIRT is very nice, but outrageously expensive.
