[mythtv-users] haupauge silicon dust tuners

I have couple silicon dust tuners made for haupauge the ones that connect
with usb cable instead of network. i wonder if  i have bad tuner  on one of
them shows
  Card Authentication success
   Card OOB Lock       weak
   Card Activation     success
I  have  both tuners hooked up to same  spliter I tried diffrent ports
