[mythtv-users] Problem with HD+ content provider iptv

Hi all,
I have a question, since a short while my providers is changing from HD to HD+ content on his iptv backend. The problem is that the old HD content i can watch without any problems (1080) but the new HD+ is not working. For now i needed to switch to the backup SD content channels but would love to get it back to HD again.
Background:
I am using a tv provider that uses iptv (multicast) to provide their channels. In default there is a little box delivered that provides a webcontent frontend and when you tune into a channel it connects to a ip/port adress. I switched the box with an mythtv environment en created an iptv.m3u file with the appropriate channel ip adresses in it.
Working/problem:
I am using mythtv 0.27 on fedora19 and it is working great. I can watch all channels SD and HD without any problems. 36 channels ok and recording from them is working awesome. But since a couple of weeks my provider is switching to HD+.
Below is output from logfile during switch from ned3 to rtl4(can't attach complete logfile to message then it bounces)
1. Channel ned3 with ip : 224.1.3.3:12114 is running old HD content
2. Channel (rtl4) with ip : 224.0.251.134:8268 is running net HD+ content
I can't figure out why the HD+ is not working. I thought maybe i mis an codec or something but can't to see what/or...
On the frontend i see switching to the channel (rtl4) and see the following _LAM_
If i use the old HD content (ned3) i see _LAM (without the last underscore)
What is that last underscore? what does it mean
Hope you guys can point me in the right direction with the log/info i gave.
