It appears as if you lost your config.xml that your packager put into
/etc/mythtv. Either give the mythtv user write access there then
mythtv-setup can replace the broken config.xml file. Or you can also
manually put a file with good values (like the connection to the
database) there.

The backend isn't finding any configuration.
