[mythtv-users] mythbackend startscript broken on fedora 19

I mean it seems the script has no user set to run as so then is
running as root and is not looking in /home/mythtv for the
configuration and cannot find the credentials to connect to mysql.
Possibly replacing the directory /var/lib/mythtv with a simlink to
/home/mythtv/.mythtv could work, but it then still will be running as
root. Which you don't want.
