Here is the process:
Run mythlink with a flat directory structure on the naming convention so
that all the links show up in the same directory.  The using Thunar (other
file managers are probably similar) sort the view by the 'Type' column,
which contains the links actual location.  Then its just a matter of
scrolling down to the links that are on the drive in question to start the
search.
