Note that it's not a one-time thing. Ideally--if your backend/MySQL
server system isn't underpowered--you will use it every time you (or
mythbackend) run(s) mythfilldatabase. See the linked post for details
on how to set it up and for information about testing it to see if your
system can handle it.
