Hi All:

I keep getting this message on my current ion frontend running 12.04.4 with
2:0.27.1+fixes.20140605.2720f45-0ubuntu0mythbuntu1

Your current Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is going out of support
on 08/07/14. After this date security updates for critical parts (kernel
and graphics stack) of your system will no longer be available.

So I tried the second procedure that was recommended on the screen.

Install a newer HWE version by running:
sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-trusty libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-trusty
xserver-xorg-lts-trusty linux-image-generic-lts-trusty

Long story short is that by doing the above, nvidia was borked. I spent
many hours searching for a solution that would work and was not successful.

Second option is to upgrade/install 14.04 lts.

So I am going to do a fresh install of mythbuntu14.04

Question is, are there any known issues I should be aware of before I do
the 14.04 mythbuntu install on the frontend. The backend is 12.04.4 with
2:0.27.1+fixes.20140605.2720f45-0ubuntu0mythbuntu1
I know I should keep the frontend the same name as it is now.

Thanks to all.
