[mythtv-users] Display lost on HDMI TV power cycle

Thanks for all the suggestions. Killing the xfsettingsd process, as David suggested, seems to have resolved the problem, now the HDMI signal is not lost after power-cycling the TV.

In the GUI Settings under "Session and Startup":
1) In the "Application Autostart" I unticked xfsettingsd.
2) In the "Session" tab I selected xfsettingsd and clicked "Quit Program".
