Just reporting the results:
-Added 6 gig of ram for a total of 8 gig: No difference on channel 
changing problem.  Jump back is still a little sluggish (no change).

-Swapped out Pvr-350 with the working Pvr-150 from the test box.  No 
difference on channel changing problem.

Next, I'll try renaming the scripts to  unique names.  Any other 
suggestions appreciated.
