Another option is to just cover over the holes in the wall at each end
and let the new owner figure out how to get a TV connected there.

Stuff the wires back through the hole.  She could patch the holes in
the wall, but then you'd have to match the paint.  If each location
already has a junction box inside the wall, just get a blank cover.
If there's no junction box yet, then you can get low-voltage junction
boxes that go in post-construction; some are held in with little ears
that screw down, and some have metal tabs you bend inside the wall to
hold it in.
