Most TV networks only use two time zones... East and West.  Some folks
reside in areas where it's really hard to say if they should get an east or
west feed.  If I remember correctly, people in this area can/could even
choose which to receive when they signed up for sattelite TV.

In reality... its even more screwed up than that:

So most likely this person lives in the central timezone.. which often uses
west programming anyway.
