[mythtv-users] Unable to fix listing after channel lineup update.

Read the docs for mythfilldatabase... I think the --do-channel-updates
flag, or --only-update-channels... or one of them will correct this:

Otherwise... you can delete them all in mythweb and re-run the fill.
