nevermind, found https://github.com/janbar/xbmc-pvr-addons & built it, but it's
useless, as xbmc crashes on startup:-\

i'd post something @ forum.xbmc.org, but my login id doesn't allow posting, and
all requests to the forum for the authorization mail have gone unanswered:-{
