    The rules in this area are arbitrary and a matter of personal preference.
Pretending otherwise just invites contention as it's such obvious nonsense.
Long winded attempts to pretend otherwise just highlight the nonsense.

    Just admit that there are some forms of "breaking the law" that you favor
over others and drop the pretense. Don't pretend it's anything other than 
arbitrary.
