[mythtv-users] Intet NUC as frontend?

I found the VAAPI acceleration to be buggy and crash prone… I tried to run software rendering of HD material, and it never stressed my CPU but I could never get it to look as smooth as VAAPI or VDPAU rendering.

The intel NUC PC (4"x4") seems to be getting a lot of attention.  Is has i3/5/7 processors, up to 16gb memory, msata, etc.

My concern is that they all have HD4000 video.  Does anyone have *experience* with the HD4000?  How is it performing?

Anyone have experience with a NUC?
