[mythtv-users] Multiple Channel 4s on UK FreeSat

There are multiple "normal" Channel 4's. AFAIUI they are different regional
variations (somewhat like ITV), but in this case it is in order to carry
regional advertising. There aren't any *programmes* that vary by region for
C4.
