Sure enough, only one shows up. A few things to try.

If you take this working one out, will the second card start working?
If the second card is still not working, will it work if plugged into
the slot where the working one was?
Will toggling PnP OS option in BIOS change anything?
Will the second card work if put into another PCI slot?
