Where did you install from? Source or package?  If package which 
distro?  If installing from source, its in 
./mythtv/programs/scripts/database/mythconverg_backup.pl and gets 
installed to /usr[/local]/share/mythtv/mythconverg_backup.pl

Some distros might package the scripts separately,  not sure what the 
convention is.
