[mythtv-users] tv_grab_no_gfeed data

Hi guys,
I saw a while back that there were some people discussing that
tv_grab_no_gfeed (data.epg.no) stopped providing data.

I talked a bit with Christian W (the owner of that grabber) and discussed
its future.
It ended up me handling the data for both the Norweigan channels and the
Swedish ones.

So by tomorrow the data for the missing Norweigan channels (there might be
some more missing, if so tell me and i'll add them) will be generated,
The url http://data.epg.no/xmltv/channels.xml.gz (every channel isn't in
there yet) will still be able to be reached (and is moved to my server)
but the data will be on http://xmltv.xmltv.se so update your urls
respectively.

I want to thank Christian W for the time he spent providing the data for
Norway (even before I even launched mine).
