It appears as if the video player is trying to play a 60 fields/s video 
and looking for a 2*60 frames/s capable display. (the issue appears to 
be a fields vs frames mismatch) Which may be a similar issue as 
https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12047 See also 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Deinterlacing#Double_Framerate for another 
possible issue.
