looks like a dvb-s2 version of the HDhomerunner boxes? initially i thought TBS did such a device (DVB-S2 to IP) but it seems nothing available. Closest is the MOI, but i'm not sure on the state of it with mythtv as i seem to recall it being close to the HDhomerunner boxes but not quite..
