Just tried this on my 0.27-fixes install and can not reproduce.  Started on
channel 1, BBC Breakfast, switched to channel 2, Winter Olympics, hit "R",
left for 20 seconds or so and exited.  Data shown in mythweb and recorded
programmes shows Winter Olympics
