[mythtv-users] Clearing autoexpire list of missing recordings

After my 2nd storage drive died recently, I had to delete the greyed out
recordings from my Watch Recordings list. Just noticed that my Autoexpire
list in System Status is full of the ghost recordings and I can't seem to
find a way to erase them (Delete Now does nothing as there's nothing to
delete.)

Is there any way to clear up the list? Do I need to touch filenames for all
those recordings so MythTV has _something_ to delete and clear up its
database?
