After reading some posts of other MythWeb problems I checked the path
near the beginning of mythweb.conf ("<Directory
"/var/lib/mythtv/mythweb/data">", the outer quotes are mine). That
path is empty. Since my older mythtv setup is running the same
distribution of Linux and save versions of MythTV I checked
mythweb.conf (identical) and directory. It has what I assume is the
correct data in it since mythweb works ok on that machine.

Both machines also have the path /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb, and what
looks to be (at a quick glance) the same folders/files in both. Both
of those directorie's 'data' directory is linked to the
/var/lib/mythtv/mythweb directory. Actually, now that I wrote that
I'm not at all sure of what importance the linked 'data' directory in
the /usr path is, although if I wanted to copy the other contents of
/usr/share/mythtv/mythweb to /var/lib/mythtv/mythweb I guess it's a
convenient way to do it.

It looks like all I have to do is copy do that copy command I just
referred to. However, I just noticed one thing that made me pause.
On the old mythtv installation if I looked at the modified dates of
the files below /mythweb for both paths they are not the same. The
files in /usr are dated from November 2013, the ones in /var are June
2013. Since the path in the 'mythweb.conf' points to the /var set of
files it looks like my mythweb installation isn't getting updated
correctly.

My guess at this point this may be more of a question related to the
particular distribution of Linux I'm running, since I think various
distributions do things a little different as to how/where they
install, or update in this case, things. But if someone here has an
idea of why the dates are different I would be glad to know :-). BTW,
I am running Debian Jessie, and except for 'Recommended Programs'
(which I did set up online, and copied the relevent data to the
mythweb setup) mythweb works fine.
