I never use "halt -p" or "poweroff", they really work. I always use
just "halt" in other machines and work. Thanks!

To disable the swap, "sysctl -w vm.swappiness=0" is the correct way to do it?

About wake up from remote, someone has it working? Maybe not for power
off, but from suspend or hibernation mode.
