[mythtv-users] Historical SG now long gone but still try's to scan?

Hi.
Have used the frontends mapped to a network share for ages with videos,
but thought it about time I used the new SG group as I was moving
servers and expanding disks. However the SG is set to my videos sub
folder on a large disk. When I scan, it appears to work, but still
leaves some historical movies visible which have in fact are long gone.
Deleted the videos SG on the backend, fired up the front again, did a
scan, and they are still there ! It also mentions a server name that I
had a long while ago? (thought I had done the upgrade properly changing
the server name when moving it, think that was when SG's came in? .25?

So, how do I get rid of any setttings for the video SG group, plus make
it forget the name of the server it thinks it is scanning?

Do not fancy a clean install to solve this, as I have lots of recordings
and upcoming rules. Ideally would love to know a way to just blow away
that part of the DB as I have no idea when it all went wrong.

Using Mythbuntu 14.* with .27.4-27-g40506c2 Myth, all updated.

Regards Paul
