Very odd. The error message you pasted only fires if the contents
of the settings table RebootCommand isn't empty:

Could be a non-printing character there. But that also says that the D-Bus
and sudo /sbin/reboot commands fail. The 2nd of course points to the already
discussed sudoers solution.
