[mythtv-users] Artwork for Recorded Videos

I loaded several movies, in H.264 format in a mkv container, from DVD
into my MythTV system, storing each movie in a separate folder under
/mythtv/video/. I placed related coverart, in jpg format, into the same
folders. I made sure all the permissions were set to allow MythTV full
access. I checked my configuration to ensure MythTV was pointed to the
correct folders for video, coverart, and artwork.

When subsequently using MythTV's Video Browser, or Video Gallery, the
movies were all present and playable, but no images were presented.
Video Gallery shows the image in its folder view only after I name the
coverart present in the movie directory "folder.jpg". Video Browser
still does not show any artwork for the movies. I had to edit a movie's
data, manually selecting the path and file, before Video Browser showed
the correct artwork.

There must be a more automatic and/or elegant way for all of this to
occur. Can someone enlighten this lost user? Thanks in advance.
