To be clear, by mux do you mean a collection of one or more
sub-channels encoded in a single data stream broadcast on a single
frequency and detected by a single physical tuner?  

There are six muxes in this city.  Each of the three physical tuners
can see all of them.

That is what I want, but it didn't work hence the stuffing about.  
(It still doesn't work.)

I have the "easy" problem, but after reading about a New Zealander who
should have *no* problem because he had three transmitters and three
receivers I decided to experiment.
