Your mysql tables are corrupt.  You will need to repair them.
The optimize script will (try to) do that for you.  Usually the
manual repair works.

If the repair fails, you may need to restore from your backup.

Sounds like mysql was not shutdown properly before
you cloned the drive (whether that is due to the hardware
failing, a mysql bug, or a failure to stop mysql before
cloning the drive is not known).
