[mythtv-users] 14.04.1 mythbackend setup fails.

Thank you Hika.   I forgot to set a static IP for my backend and then in Mythbuntu Control Centre,  I had to set MySQL to enabled and then click "Apply".   That started the MSQL task and now I have  presented:  1. General  2. Capture Cards etc  as I expected.
