I should have also stated that I build ffmpeg from source & use modified
mythburn.py to call ffmpeg (in place of mythffmpeg) etc & other changes
to ffmpeg_dvd_pal.xml profile file. But these other changes are just to
use newer ffmpeg cmd line syntax.
