[mythtv-users] CentOS and 0.27-fixes (which really just means always-latest)

I would like to try this too, I tried compiling from source on Debian a
couple times and couldn't quite get it going, but I'm still kind of a
newbie and not that familiar with compiling from source..  If I could get
the tv display working with .26 I would take the plunge, but if I'm getting
no display as it stands, I'm thinking that I'm going to have the same issue
even if I compile .27 from source..  I've found a couple guides, but they
are somewhat vague and I just don't know quite enough yet to fill in the
blanks.
