[mythtv-users] Card Validation none

I have one of my tuners shows this
 Card Authentication success
   Card OOB Lock       success
   Card Validation     none
I tested my tuners and all of them were able to record shows at same time.
I called Comcast and had the resend signal  and before someone had  told me
replace cable card. Does anyone knows who to call at Comcast to get the
 card validation changed to success ? Myth can tuner tv and record just
fine but sometime it fails to record  shows and live tv will take for ever.
I wonder if tuners switch around on reboot
