As you know an increasing number of channels are not available in the Radio
Times "dat" feed (as used by tv_grab_uk_rt).

I've written an XMLTV module to fetch listings from the replacement Atlas
API and format them into standard XMLTV format.

It uses a few additions to the normal XMLTV params (e.g. allows fetching by
"hours" rather than just "days") and is enhanced to better translate the
channel ids and genre codes used in Atlas.  (See the file "install" for
details).
