You run XMLTV's tv_grab_na_dd with the [--dd-data FILE] argument.

I don't know what exactly it is, but if "Descriptive Video
Service"/"Audio Description" is an audio (or subtitle?) stream that
describes what's shown in the video we do support storing that
information. I don't know whether we currently do store it (or even
whether Schedules Direct's raw XML data provides that information), but
it could/should be added if it's not currently stored and is part of the
SD data. It would be stored as an audioprop (or subtitletype).
(Perhaps that's the VISUALIMPAIR audio property?)
If we don't currently store it, I'd accept a patch that does so--and
because I'm pretty certain those properties are stored for some non-US
listings sources (such as EIT), I'd bet themes already show the
properties, so it should be an easy patch to create.
