[mythtv-users] Myth .27 no longer has pre-tune channel setting.

The suggestion was to put a workaround in the channel change script 
*until* the bug that removed the setting is fixed.  Alternatively, I 
could have suggested that the user write the patch and compile MythTV 
himself, but I figured that's not user friendly...
